We are a small team of engineers, writers, game designers, and researchers with dozens of years of creative practice. Our goal is to create tools that make you more creative, that help you to work and to play. We believe that it is possible to create AI-based systems that you can be proud to work with because they are environmentally and socially sustainable.

Our first product was Write with LAIKA, a platform for fine-tuning small language models that upholds copyright and makes you the owner of the resulting model. Now we’re working on the Writers Room, a team of companions that support your creative endeavours.
